About the killing aspect, I agree with you.But would that how can you really compare the powers of Goku & Superman. If you do it only by comparing the incidents you have read or watched, then tomorrow some new writer would create some thing unprecedented, may or may not giving justified reasons. Often, the writing task would demand reactions that would have been impossible in the entirity of the whole series, still convincing in the episode. Hence, you can compare Superman with Supergirl or even a Batman since the characters appear in the same world. But Goku's world is different. Imagine writing a story where Goku meets Superman in his world and then in Superman's world. The difference could be recognized.
